STALL (Basic $850)
- Stall with Pine shavings, water bucket, feed bucket, and hay net.
- Fed twice daily
- Stall Cleaned daily
- Hay as needed
- Blanketing/Fly Mask as needed (provided by owner)
- Use of tack room, feed room, wash area, and riding arena.Minimum 12 hour turnout per day into field with large run in shed and automatic waterer.
STALL (Premium $1000)
- Includes everything from Basic Barn Care Board as well as the following:
- Holding for vet/farrier with ample notice
- Deworming schedule based on the vets recommendations and fecal results
- General Grooming 3x/week
PASTURE (Self Care $600)
- Owner is responsible for all care for the horse
- Automatic waterer
- Hay as needed
- Use of tack room, feed room, wash area, and riding arena
- Pasture with large run in shed
PASTURE (Full Care $750)
- Owner is responsible for all care for the horse
- Automatic waterer
- Hay as needed
- Use of tack room, feed room, wash area, and riding arena
- Pasture with large run in shed
Extra Services
- Hand walking: $15 per 30 min
- Blanket horse: $15Dewormer Administration: $10 + cost of dewormer
- Shavings per bag: $10
- Hay per bale: $10
- Trailer Parking: $150 per month
- Arena Use for Haul-in's: $20
- 45 minute exercise ride: $50
- Lunge: $35
- General grooming (includes brushing, cleaning and oiling feet, bathing as necessary): $20

- Trimming (ears, muzzle, legs, and bridle path): $30
- Wraps: $5 per leg
- Cold hosing: $30 per 20 min.
- Hoof Soaking: $15 per 10 min.
- Hoof pack (boarder supplies meds): $10 per hoof
- Vet/Farrier Hold: $15 per horse
- Medicating (boarder supplies meds): Individual basis, typically $5 per treatment.
