How Do I Pay Rent Online?
Click the PAY RENT NOW button above and create an account or login. Once you login Click the “Payments” tab, Click “Add new payment method” and then click “Add New”. Enter and save your payment information Click the “Payments Due” tab, select the charge you would like to pay, and click “Pay Now”. Confirm and click “Make Payment”
I create account but it says "You are not a Tenant, yet!"
You need to be linked to a property and unit before you can make a payment. send an email to fauquierpropertymanagement@gmail.com and ask to be linked to the property you are currently renting.
Can I setup Auto Pay?
You need to be linked to a property and unit before you can setup autopay.
Can I see all the payments I have made?
Yes, you will see a history of all payments made once you create an account. Anything paid in cash or check will not show up here.
I am a tenant, how do I submit a maintenance request?
Login to your account and click on Maintenance at the top of the screen and then submit a ticket
How do I apply for a rental property?
Search properties, click on an available property, click the link to apply and you will be contacted within 2-4 hours from the completion of the application submission.
What happens if I lose my keys or need to change the locks?
Contact our office directly and we will have new locks put on or rekey the door.
What happens if I violate a lease term?
You risk eviction.

What happens if I need to break my lease early?
Contact our office and we will work with you to find another tenant to take your place.
When will I receive my security deposit back?
Within 30 days of moving out
What is the process for giving notice to move out?
Contact our office and we will prepare you for the moveout process.
What is the pet policy?
This is case by case depending on where the unit or home is located.
Who do I contact for issues with utilities?
Contact our office if you are in a property where the utilities are part of the rent. If you have utilities in your own name, call the utility company.
Can I make modifications to the property (paint walls, hang pictures, etc.)?
You are allowed to paint and hang pictures yes.
Is there a grace period for rent payments?
There is a standard 5 days from the first of the month for a grace period. If rent is not received by the 6th of the month, you are considered late and will be assessed a late fee.
What documents do I need to submit with my rental application?
You will need a drivers license and some proof of income to show you can make payments each month.
